Wednesdays at Cheesetique mean Wagyu. We took the burger you've loved since last summer, added two more, and matched each one to a wine from Jill's Reserve — bottles most places only sell whole, poured here by the glass every day. * The Classic Wagyu — Aged NY cheddar, special sauce, brioche. Paired with Pine Ridge "Travelers" Cabernet Sauvignon, California.

* The Alpine Wagyu — Raclette, cornichons, pickled onions, special sauce, brioche. Paired with Failla Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast.

*The Black & Blue Wagyu — Danish blue, crispy fried onions, peppery arugula, garlic aioli, pretzel bun. Paired with G.D. Vajra Barolo "Albe," Italy.

About Jill's Reserve

Jill's Reserve is the wine list we're proudest of — bottles that most restaurants only sell whole. We pour them by the glass every day using our Coravin system, which lets us serve a fresh glass without ever fully opening the cork. The three reds on Wagyu Wednesday are pours you won't find easily anywhere else. 

Just  $35 gets you:

* One Wagyu burger of your choice

* A 6oz pour of its paired Reserve red (typically $22+/glass)

* Choice of fries, tots, or a side Caesar

* Add a slice of any cheesecake for $7
