If you love cheese (and who doesn't?!?!), then the Stinky Cheese Class is for you! In this session you will learn why washed-rind cheeses are so darn pungent and how to best select, serve and pair these intensely aromatic but surprisingly delicate creations.
This is a one-of-a-kind event where you will smell and taste eight stinky cheeses and pair them with two perfect wines and accompaniments. So come hungry – and come prepared to explore the spectrum of smells.
