Hands On Mozzarella Making Class

This is a hands-on class where you will learn and experience making your own mozzarella. During the class, YOU will hand-stretch curds into pliable strands and then form beautiful balls of fresh mozzarella. You can eat your creation during the class and/or take it home. Attendees will also be given curd to-go so you can try out your newly learned cheese-making skills at home. You will roll up your sleeves and work hard, but like always at Cheesetique, we'll make sure you have sustenance: Prosecco to sip and snacks to eat while you stretch.

This is an intimate event. There is very limited seating - only 10 tickets available.

Goodies: your own equipment/station to make mozzarella, curd and other ingredients, Prosecco to sip and snacks to eat while working, curd to-go so you can make more Mozz at home, instruction / tip-sheet to keep
Price: $65 per person

(Must be 16+ to participate. Must be over 21 years of age w/ ID to enjoy the Prosecco. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable, so let us know if you'll be giving your tickets to others.)
