What is Raclette Fest at Cheesetique?
Raclette Fest is our annual alpine-inspired celebration featuring raclette scraped tableside, plus a special ski-lodge menu of pretzel bites with raclette dip, an Alpine charcuterie board, themed cocktails (including zero-proof options), and a raclette-pairing wine flight.

Where can I get raclette near Washington, DC?
If you're searching for raclette near Washington DC, tableside raclette in the DC area, or authentic alpine raclette in Northern Virginia, you can experience it at Cheesetique in Del Ray, Alexandria during our annual Raclette Fest. We melt the cheese from the wheel and scrape it tableside — just as it’s done in the Alps.

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended, particularly for peak times and weekends. However, raclette does not need to be pre-ordered — any table may order it during Raclette Fest while supplies last.

Is Raclette Fest available at lunch and dinner?
Yes! The Raclette Fest menu is available both lunch and dinner throughout the festival dates.

What comes with the “Raclette, Scraped Tableside” order?
Our signature raclette is served with: Pork sausage, Potatoes, Cornichons, Pickled onions, Mesclun, and Baguette. A vegetarian option (without sausage) is available, and you may upgrade to truffle raclette for an additional charge.

Can I add raclette to other menu items?
Yes! During Raclette Fest, you may add raclette scraped tableside to almost any menu item for an additional charge. It’s a guest favorite.

Is the full Cheesetique menu available during Raclette Fest?
Yes. Our full regular menu remains available during Raclette Fest in addition to the special alpine offerings.

Do you offer wine pairings?
Yes — we feature a curated Raclette Fest wine flight specifically selected to pair beautifully with melted alpine cheeses.

Do you offer vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes. We offer vegetarian options and are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please let your server know about any allergies or preferences.

Is there parking and public transportation nearby?
Cheesetique is located in the heart of Del Ray, Alexandria on Mount Vernon Avenue. There is free and metered street parking is available nearby. Cheesetique is close to the Braddock Road Metro (short ride-share or walk). Cheesetique is easily accessible from Washington, DC, Arlington, and Old Town Alexandria
