Join us on Tuesday, July 17th, for a very special 5-course wine dinner with Thibaut Tracol of Maison M. Chapoutier. The evening will feature the outstanding biodynamic wines of Domaine de Bila-Haut paired with a Basque-inspired menu curated by Chef Andrew Hetrick. Thibaut will be on hand all evening to introduce the wines, answer questions, and guide you through the pairings.  This is a unique opportunity to learn about biodynamic winemaking while tasting some of the finest examples.

Domaine de Bila-Haut is located in Côtes du Roussillon in southern France (near the Mediterranean coast). This region is known for its ideal weather conditions as well as the prevalence of great wines produced in small quantities. Renowned winemaker Michel Chapoutier founded his domaine here in order to create signature wines that are deeply expressive of the unique terroir. All Bila-Haut wines are 100% biodynamic.

Tickets are $80 per person (includes gratuity and sales tax).
