Our Next Cheese Class: French Cow's Milk
Cheeses Moooooo! (or should I say Meauxxxxxxx). To cover all
styles of French cheeses in one evening would be impossible. So,
we're narrowing it down a bit to just the outrageously decadent
cow's milk cheeses of France. From squishy to stinky; from very hard
to veiny, we'll cover the gamut of French cow!
The cost is
$20 per person and you can expect to spend about an hour and a half
learning and tasting. Beverages and accompaniments will be served.
Act quickly - this will fill up in no time!
The six dates
are: Sunday, June 4, at 6:00 PM (that's this
Sunday) Wednesday, June 7, at 7:15 PM Thursday, June 8, at
7:15 PM Wednesday, June 14, at 7:15 PM Thursday, June 15, at
7:15 PM Sunday, June 18, at 6:00 PM
Please email tastings@cheesetique.com
to sign up. Let me know the date(s) you prefer and how many are in
your party. If you are available on more than one date, please
let me know. That way, we can fit more folks.
Please
note: Once we fit you into a slot, I will send you a Paypal
invoice so you can pay securely online. If you need to cancel (48
hours advance notice, please), we will refund the full amount minus
the Paypal fee.
Hope your June is warm and wonderful!

When to Serve
It
This is great as a quick appetizer (no cooking
required). Or, if I were you, I would just eat these all by myself
on my back porch.
About the

I know we did a recipe with fresh goat
cheese back in February, but I just could not resist this one. So, I
won't repeat the details about fresh goat cheese - you can peek back
at the February
newsletter for that :)
